WE PROMOTE

The Philosophy of "Mbelamu" 1 in Door for all All through 1 Door.

Based on our Mbelamu Philosophy,  SAPA promotes conservation activities under the following slogan:
1 Tribe = 1 storyline, 1 Geographic map and 1 Ethnographic map, with 1 Tribe’s Constitution followed by 1 Tribe’s NGO and 1 Tribe’s Business Entity.

1 Tribe’s Constitutions and laws for 1 Customary Peoples that we call “Tribe” or ethnic group that legally and formally bind everyone within the tribe, exclusively within the tribe.

1 Tribe’s Constitution written to organise norms and customswho own the Laws in relation to and interaction with own self, other human beings, with other beings and the universe, particularly to interact with foreigners who bring modernisation, developalam dan pihak lain yang datang dari luar atas nama modernisasi dengan projek pembangunan untuk kemajuan oleh organisasi agama, pemerintah, perusahaan dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat.

  1. 1 Tribe has 1 language, that is, tribal language;
  2. 1 Tribe that speaks 1 tribal language as 1 socio-cultural map of the tribe that explains the identity of the tribe (moiety, clans and families);
  3. 1 Tribe that has 1 socio-cultural map has 1 geographical map  that explains the location where the tribe lives;
  4. 1 Tribe that speaks 1 language, that owns 1 geographical and ethnographical maps MUST have 1 Customary Laws that we call The Tribe’s Constitution.
  5. 1 Tribal Constitution and Customary Laws is binding for 1 Tribe.

Customary Law for a Tribe is called “The Tribe’s Constitution”, a codified and formal constitution for indigenous tribes.

We are not producing Customary Laws, this is not a traditional laws, but it is Codified and formal modern laws for tribes.
